THE STORY
So, my mom wakes me up a little before 11:30 pm Tuesday night asking me if I wanted to take her to the hospital! My dad is sleeping because he has been with my grandpa at the hospital all day and Conrad is nowhere to be found. I was so nervous because I had no idea what to expect and my mom was in so much pain.
Luckily the hospital isn't too far away, but that 10 minute ride seemed like forever to me! Once we were checked in, they took my mom to her room and started asking her all these pointless questions and making her sign papers. I was like, is this really necessary?! The women is in labor! Ask the questions later! And my poor mom, she was such a trooper, she said "Could we please do this later?" But, I guess it's the procedure so what can you do? As soon as we got all the paper work out of the way, they checked to see how dilated she was and that's when things started moving really quick! We were ready to have a baby! Unfortunately, there was no pushing going on for the next half hour because we had to wait for the doctor! But once she started pushing, the delivery was really quick. Praise the Lord for that!
So glad it is over! My mom is such a trooper, she didn't take any medicine at all!

MATTHEW MEETS THE FAM
Besides the few minutes my mom had with Matthew right after she delivered him, Mom had to wait about 4 hours before she got to see Matthew again! It must have been really hard for her to be away from Matthew for so long but they had to take him to the nursery to weight and measure him and make sure his temperature was stable.

MATTHEW'S FIRST VISITORS
Uncle Dan and Aunt Barbara are expecting their first baby this June. Also a boy! There is no doubt Matthew and Baby Garner will be best buds.
Matthew is one well loved baby. Here he is with his grandparents.
Kaitlyn is such a good big sister I am sure she will be a fabulous big cousin as well.
The Karpenski clan. Christopher is the tyke in the middle. He is our little dare devil and I am sure Matthew will soon become his sidekick!

i think all the pictures are really cute and adorable matthew is such a good healthy baby and soo cute!!! iam soo glad i have yet another boy cousin in our family.. wow the family just keeps getting bigger and bigger.... i cant wait to hold him and tell him when he gets older he will have the most coolest girl cousin ever he could tell me anything ... but yeah tell your mom congrats and your dad i know you and conrad will make the bestest big brother and big sister.. coon is no longer the baby matthew will fit right in with our family of almost all guys haha but its good to have cause all of our guys are all good guys ... i love our family soo much and iam soo thankful and blessed that matthew is soo healthy and good.... he will be christophers side kick alright those two will be like how steven and erik are but christopher and matthew... i just hope when hes older he will love his big cousin steph cause i will always be there for him and our family sorry i missed easter by the way... i do miss you guys though i will see you real soon as soon as all this stuff is over with my dad... i think you know what iam talking about but yeah I LOVE YOU LOTS YVONNE I ALWAYS HAVE AND ALWAYS WILL us girls gotta stick together now its me you and kaitlyn but just think when you have a baby yvonne matthew will already be a uncle... wow thats nuts buts iam glad our family is getting bigger and bigger its a good thing !!! anyways i love you lots keep the cute and good pictures comming ... - Stefcia - <3
What i nice family it seems like everyone is so happy....I think Matthew is one lucky guy to be surrounded by such love and and a older hot caring sister.
